After you reached your first 100 downloads, Shutterstock will pay you 20% per sale and so on. It’s true that you won’t get rich immediately with Shutterstock but, in my experience, it’s the only agency where you can start to sell your images soon.
EyeEm it’s the antitheses of iStock. It’s becoming more an more popular due to it’s way of doing marketing and to the fact that the photos can be sold on EyeEm websites and in Getty Images too. You won’t sell too many pictures but the prices are quite good compared to the other agencies.

The truth about Alamy it’s a quite hard to stand out among an almost endless database of pictures, but once you begin selling your first images the sales will become constant. A good reason to try Alamy is that the price per sale it’s quite high. You’ll have to be patient but you will eventualy make some good money with Alamy.

Many microstock websites, like Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, iStockphoto, etc.. allows you to sell stockfootage but Pond5 it’s the best option. They do pretty well when it comes to selling videos so don’t expect to sell any image with them. Honestly, I don’t have many videos because I’m more into photography.
